I ordered size XL. The chart indicated 56 cm, but in reality it was 48 cm. Naturally, it turned out to be too small for my dog. Overall, the product is well made. But keep in mind that the stated sizes do not correspond to reality.

The back part is well riveted so that it does not produce friction, but I do not recommend using it at home, but rather for walks, going to the vet, etc. For home or for the dog to wear all day, it can be uncomfortable at bedtime since the spikes are quite long and can hurt when the dog rests its head on its paws or body.
