By accessing our site, browsing our content, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full, including any policies referenced within them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or Services.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace these Terms at any time by posting changes to this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., who provide the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

2. Definitions

• We make every effort to display product colours, sizes and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to photography, screen settings, or supplier batch differences.
• All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product, or limit quantities sold to any person or region, at any time and at our sole discretion.
• Product descriptions and images are provided for general guidance; where sizing charts are given, please check them carefully before ordering, as we cannot guarantee fit.
• We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the site are entirely accurate, complete, or error-free. If we discover an error in a price or description after you've ordered, we will contact you before proceeding and you may cancel for a full refund.

5. Orders and Pricing

• All prices are listed in $ and include/exclude VAT where applicable..
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, though changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
• Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order but does not guarantee acceptance — we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (for example, in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or where an order appears to be placed by a reseller or dealer rather than an individual consumer), in which case you will be refunded in full.
• You agree to provide current, complete and accurate information when placing an order, and to promptly update your details (such as email address or delivery address) where needed so we can fulfil your order and contact you if necessary.

6. Payment

Payment is taken in full at the time of order through our secure checkout, processed via Shopify. We do not store your card details; payment information is encrypted and handled directly by our payment processor.

7. Shipping and Delivery

• Snoodle works with international suppliers, so delivery times may be longer than typical UK retail delivery. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and on individual product pages, and are typically between [3 business days / 2 weeks].
• These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays due to customs, courier issues, or high demand are outside our control.
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information where available.
• Risk in the products passes to you once they are delivered to the address you provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate — we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.

8. Customs and Import Charges

If your order is shipped from outside your country, it may be subject to import duties or taxes charged once the parcel reaches your country. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

9. Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Contracts Regulations)

If you are a consumer shopping from the UK, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

• To cancel, contact us within 14 days of delivery.
• You must then return the item(s) to us within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.
• Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging where possible, and in a resaleable condition.
• Unless the item is faulty or not as described, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the item.
• We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item, or of receiving evidence you have sent it back, whichever is sooner. Refunds are made to your original payment method.

This right does not apply to items that are personalised, made to your specification, or which are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed (where applicable).

10. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please contact us  within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement, refund, or repair as appropriate, in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

11. Returns Process

To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm the return address and any next steps. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we cannot guarantee returns sent without prior notice will be processed.
